Proper preparation is the key to effectiveness.
1. For 2–3 weeks before the procedure, exclude any methods of hair removal with the root (wax, sugaring, tweezers). The laser must be able to "see" the root of the hair.
2. For 2 weeks, refrain from active tanning and visiting the solarium.
3. 1 day or on the day of the procedure, carefully shave the treatment area with a regular razor. The skin should be smooth so that the laser energy goes to the root and is not wasted on burning the hair on the surface.

After the session, the skin may turn slightly red — this is a normal reaction that quickly passes.
1. In the first 3 days, exclude overheating: refuse to visit the bathhouse, sauna, hot bath and swimming pool (due to chlorine).
2. Apply a soothing agent (for example, Panthenol or Bepanten) if you feel dryness.
3. Be sure to use sunscreen (SPF 30-50) on exposed areas of the body before going outside to avoid pigmentation.
